Coming from a hospitality background, it made sense to create drinks which worked with food and so we set upon a journey to find a spirit which worked with food, as well as on its own. Two years of development and testing passed and we bravely decided to launch both The Eastern Spice Blend, as well as The Italian Spice Blend, during the Covid lockdown.

We have very strong connections to East Anglian sugar beet - Kim’s Grandmother cycled 15 miles to and from the processing factory, after her nursing shifts, to test the beet for its sugar content during WWII and her late Dad was a farmer in East Anglia, as were her Grandfather and Great Grandfather.
